*Before You Purchase An Energy Healing, Body Balancing Session Make Sure You Understand the Following Because You Are Agreeing To These Terms.  

Required Reading: I, Casey (Sharon L. Casey), am certified in Usui Reiki I, II, and III/ Master Teacher, Animal Reiki Teacher Training. I am certified in Integrated Energy Therapy®Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. I studied Body Balancing with the Gurney Institute of Animal Communication. I offer in person and distant energy healing body balancing services. I am not a medical doctor, nor a licensed veterinarian. I do not diagnose or treat any medical conditions, nor do I practice medicine or veterinary medicine. I assist people in correcting energetic imbalances in their energy-field that assists the body to release its innate healing ability. When the energy of the body is balanced and moving correctly, the body’s innate natural energy heals itself. I assist in self-initiated processes of healing and personal transformation. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

I work with clients to explore areas of need that affect state of well-being. This may involve health related issues, stress related activities, beliefs and attitudes of life, family and childhood history, diet, exercise, relationships, life changes, etc. Energy Healing and Body Balancing is to help you clear, re-balance and restore your body’s energy system. All healing is self-healing. Clients agree to work on self improvement and a willingness to change. I recommend that clients and animal clients continue to see their regular medical doctors/veterinarians and follow their advice. My spiritual energy work and body balancing is a complement not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment for any medical or psychological condition. For such issues, you should seek the proper licensed physician/healthcare professional or veterinarian.

It is important not to have expectations about the outcome of receiving Energy Healing and body balancing. Healing will take place, but it may happen in unexpected ways. I do not make any promises, warranties or guarantees about results of my work or of the energy sessions. Energy Healing is considered effective by those that practice this type of energy work, but like any alternative modality, the effects are not felt by everyone.

All client personal information (written, spoken, sent electronically) is confidential unless you grant me written and signed permission to share your information with a third party. If, however, a client is in a state of medical or psychological crisis and possibly a danger to self or others, I am required to notify law enforcement officials your care providers (medical doctor, spouse, therapist, etc.) This is solely for the safety and well being of all parties involved.

As you, the client: I acknowledge my commitment to work on self healing and self improvement. I understand the energy healing and body balancing is only effective if I am willing to commit to and make positive changes in my life. If I purchase a service for my animal companion or any animal I understand the energy healing and body balancing is only effective if I am willing to commit to and make positive changes. I understand that an energy healing body balancing session is my choice and not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and/or treatment.

I hereby release and hold harmless Casey (Sharon L. Casey), Menagerie Services, LLC and all entities under Menagerie Services, LLC from liability due to accident or damage to self or animal, and/or personal property, and from loss of property resulting during or after said consultation or advice given by Casey or on this website. There are no guarantees as to the results that are expressed or implied. I agree to take full responsibility for my own health and well being and will not hold Casey (Sharon L. Casey), Menagerie Services, LLC and all entities under Menagerie Services, LLC responsible for my physical condition, mental or emotional state or my personal well being.

I am 18 years old or older. I as owner, or agent of the owner, agree to have this consultation for myself or my animal(s) and by my payment of and participation in said consultation, give my consent and agree to adhere to all terms of this agreement and release form.

Payment: Payments must be made in full, in advance of your scheduled appointment. We accept all major credit cards via Paypal.com. You may sign in as a guest without an account on PayPal.com

Refund Policy for Services: Refund Policy for any Energy Healing service unless otherwise specified. I require at least 2 hours advanced notice of the first session to cancel for a full refund.  If you order more than one session and you complete the first session, there will be not be a refund for the first session. After the first session if you request a refund, refunds will be prorated base on amount.  Example: You pay $260.00 for 4, 60 minute sessions. $65.00 per session.  Sessions are usually $75.00 per 60 minutes.  If you ask for a refund after the first session (meaning you cancel 3 of the 4 sessions) $75.00 will be deducted from the $260.00 and you will receive a partial refund of $185.00. If you ask for a refund after 2 sessions you will be charged $75.00 for each session (you cancel 2 sessions) you will receive a partial refund of 110.00. If you ask for a refund after the 3rd session you will be charged $75.00 for each session (you cancel 1 session) you will receive a partial refund of $35.00. There is no refund after the last session. You are receiving a service and feedback, therefore after a session has been provided a refund for that session will not be given.
